If there was ever a time to be excited for spring, it’s this year! Down in our Arizona offices, Vice President Jared Flowers is welcoming baseball’s spring training season.
“The weather is amazing right now, with fantastic hotel deals too,” Flowers said. “And that’s driving more traffic to restaurants and bars—we’ve got some fans!”
While other regions of the United States have experienced record low temperatures and continued winter weather, the Phoenix area is sunny and warm.
“The only snow and ice here is in your drinks,” Flowers joked.
With that in mind, Flowers, who is our resident mixology expert, crafted the perfect “Spring Has Sprung” cocktail.
“The original recipe is non-alcoholic and refreshing for anyone,” said Flowers, “But 1.5 oz of your favorite vodka makes this a great grown-up poolside drink or something easily batched in restaurants and bars.”
Enjoy trying this delicious springtime cocktail for a little bit of sunshine wherever you are. And if you need more menu ideas and cocktail recipes, remember that our restaurant consultants have decades’ worth of experience in menu development. Contact us today!
