The National Restaurant Consulting (NRC) team has recently been working on advancing our own extensive knowledge of the food service and hospitality industry, and we are pleased to announce that the entire NRC team has received the Global Foodservice Institute “GFI COVID-19 Operating Standards Certification” for the entire NRC team of professional consultants relating to NRC’s work that was completed earlier this year on the reopening COVID-19 industry protocols.
We also are pleased to announce that NRC’s Vice President Jared Flowers and Senior Consultants Sandy Clark and James Rinker have all recently passed and completed the Master Certified Food Professional Certification from the Foodservice Institute (FSI). This high level certification, which our CEO Richard Weil has also completed, reflects upon NRC’s team’s high level of knowledge and leadership in the food service and hospitality industry.
