We're all about pizza this week with some of our team at the 2014 Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, and other consultants wandering the streets of NYC for the perfect slice.

In New York, on last night's list was Roberta's, a Bushwick dive that has climbed to fame steadily ahead of the Brooklyn growth spurt. They started from completely nothing, working from a makeshift space, cooking food in other locations, and growing their own produce right in the city. It just goes to show exactly what we're seeing at the Pizza Expo--even with something traditional and simple like pizza, there are always ideas to be had and tactics to set yourself apart as the place to be.
