National Restaurant Consultants is here to help during coronavirus.

We at National Restaurant Consultants realize the difficulty and stress the Coronavirus has placed on the hospitality industry, and we want to be helpful. Our restaurant consulting team has been communicating with food service clients and food service and hospitality industry professionals throughout the country and in Canada, as well.

Though the Coronavirus is an “invisible enemy”, as coined by many, we want to aid in defeating it in order to get back to “normalcy” sooner versus later.  We have participated in conference calls with the Governor of Colorado, who has initiated the CDC guidance, just as we have attentively studied the advice of Federal leaders. We will be sure to include information on the government stimulus items being proposed, relating to sales tax, payroll tax and SBA incentives. We will be following these items very closely and publishing these facts and information for you to utilize in your business.

As we move through this ever-changing crisis, we will blog meaningful and helpful ideas and information—starting today with delivery and take-out tips.

Today, we have networked online ordering processes that you can subscribe to free-of-charge. Setting this up may take some time, and through our promotional partner, Top Line Management, we can set your restaurant up with on-line ordering processes for under $200. These processes can be integrated for both pick-up and delivery. We also have created additional delivery protocols that can be established quickly for your restaurant to start delivery services today. Contact richard@nrcadvice.com for information about getting started.

You may also want to utilize your already existing email and customer lists to be able to communicate directly with your customers, updating them on your adjusted hours of operation; delivery and take-out services; or other specials you might be offering.

In the coming days, we will also be posting videos to help you with additional ideas to navigate your restaurant and staff through these trying times.

While the situation is unsettling and fluid, there are always opportunities for improvement and growth to be found in times of change. National Restaurant Consultants continue to be your expert source within the restaurant and hospitality industries, and we are here to help, whatever your concerns may be.
